It expected that meetings for this academic year will be conducted in a number of ways via MS Teams or designated meeting rooms. Please do not book rooms on campus via WRB without first consulting the revised booking FAQ from Estates.
For all requests we require 48 hours' notice for all bookings.
When booking a space for an event or conference it is your responsibility to read and comply with the
Venue Booking Policy for Non-Teaching Events
and, if applicable, complete a
Speaker, Audience and Event Details Form
and a
Risk Assessment
. For public events, you are also encouraged to read the
guidance on arranging and promoting public events
